Question: Is it possible for multiple users to look at the same Excel workbook on a network at the same time? Can said users "interact" with the same workbook at the same time (ex: make selections from drop-down lists to update charts, etc?)
Answer: A spreadsheet is really meant for 1 user at a time. You can have more than one user open it and read it but writing will be a no no. For that you want a database. This site explains it well.
