Question: Thanks for your help now is there a website that shows how to do this, I can get the G604T working fine but it's the wireless to another computer or computers that I want to connect to wirelessly & would appreciate if you could provide me any websites that explain that?

Thanks for all your help. You've been great.

There are several steps to adding the wireless. First you will need to connect to the web admin interface of the device. It sounds like you have one computer plugged in and working. On that computer go to start -> run then type cmd. Click ok. Now type ipconfig. Write down the gateway IP that is shown. Then open a web browser and in the address bar type rel="nofollow"gatewayaddress. Replace gatewayaddress with the number you wrote down. It will probably be similar to 192.168.1.1
Then hit enter. It should ask you for a password. Unless you changed it the username will be admin and so is the password. Then you can configure the access point. If I remember there is a wizard button on the main page. This should help you setup the wireless. I recomend that you set it up without wep first to make sure everything else works. Do go back and setup wep though or your neighbors can surf your net on your dime.

I don't have a linksys to work through step by step. I will have to give you an over view and go from there. First we will get the wireless working without the WEP and then setup WEP. This is very simple. Just disable encryption and the wirless card on your computer should pop up and show that it found your network. Let me know if you get that far.
Answer: I have been trying to find a good site for you that explains step by step what to do. The best I can find is rel="nofollow"linksys.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/linksys.cfg/php/enduser/entry.php
I was just going to write one for you but I don't have the linksys unit to do the step by step from. I hope the site helps a little at least.
